At Cozy Outlets, we want you to feel perfectly at ease in your new wardrobe. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
